Whether you’re transitioning to a new location, re-entering the workforce, or exploring a fresh path, Defence’s Partner Employment Assistance Program (PEAP) is an amazing resource to support you with your next steps. 

And, in 2025, the program was refreshed and is now available every financial year, not just per posting cycle, for eligible partners.

Eligible partners can claim up to $1500 through the PEAP program every financial to put towards services including career coaching.
